By bulking up, I assume you want to build muscle?

Some people want to bulk up, and are fine with gaining a combination of fat and muscle, just to look bigger and lift more weight. Either of your goals is easily done with 80/10/10.

Case in point, I gained over 20 lbs on 80/10/10, in a very short amount of time. I was taking in 5,000-6,000 calories per day, limiting my cardio exercise, and lifting heavy weights. I put weight on easier than at any point of my life.

I went from 168 lbs to 191 lbs. Bench Press went up over 50 lbs, and Squat and Deadlift over 100 lbs.

I went off the Raw Food Diet for awhile, due to social pressures, my relationship, and a few other trivial things. But I'm back now, and putting back on size and strength I lost from eating tons of protein.

Yes, I actually LOST size and strength by eating a high protein, animal flesh cooked diet.

Your fastest way to the promised land in the gym is this diet, homeboy.
