Subject:         weight loss without bonking?

hey doug, eating a 500 calorie deficit seems great on paper. but hunger rears its
ugly head every time i try this. any tips on midget the feeling of low blood sugar
aka bonking?

does eating many small meals over the day keep ones blood sugar higher then
eating a few larger meals?
