- how much sweet fruit?
Usually no more than 800-1000g

-how hungry am I when I have my pre dinner fruit?
Not too hungry, it depends on how much exercise I have done
prior ( I do my exercise in the afternoon, 3 hours after lunch and
when I finish I have my fruit at 5 pm and dinner at 6-6.30)

-how many calories do I consume per day?
Around 2300-2400

-how good is my digestion?
Quite good I think, I have been eating persimmons (800g) and
after an hour a salad with around 600g of tomatoes and didn't
have any problems
My salad is usually made of 500g leafy greens and 500/600g
tomatoes with a mango dressing of other sub acid fruit

-why didn't I eat enough sweet fruits to satisfy my for several
hours?
I do have a good size lunch to satisfy me
But If I don't eat some fruit before my depinner I don't reach the
amount of calories I need

How old am I?
31 years old
