Subject:         Back pain while sleeping

Hey!

I have for a long time now (2 years, basically after I've lost weight due to changing my diet), had problems sleeping. No bed or pillow is comfortable, and every position is painful. I experience a muscle-fatigue kind of sensation in my mid to upper back, only relieved by the change of bed.

I'm wondering if it can have to do with lack of muscles in my back? Do you think building more core muscles would improve my sleep?
