Dr. Graham (or anyone else with information)

The last three days I have felt slight pressure around that area. Furthermore, I am unable to get an erection. Being 27 years old, this is giving me quite a scare. This summer I did I 4400 mile tour across the the US and ride at least 10 hours a week to commute to school, groceries, etc. I depend on my bike for transportation as I do not have a drivers license anymore. I'm planning on standing up and riding until I get a noseless saddle.

I've never once had any problems before. I follow a high carb vegan diet and have done so for nearly 4 years now. During the tour, I never even experienced a numb grotch. This happened so suddenly. I'm in decent shape: exercise everyday and run 6-10 miles two times a week.

My question is this: is this reversible?

Some other things to note: my stress has been elevated for last two weeks and my sleep has suffered during this time. I do not think this is the issue as there is simply no life down there nor potential for activity.

I'm likely over reacting (I hope that I am); nevertheless, I wouldn't mind an expert opinion.

Thank you friend!

-Rudy
