Yes, AMAZING.

1. Sun tolerance. I have PALE skin that used to burn
if I stood out in direct sunlight for several
minutes. NOW, I can RUN MID-DAY for ONE HOUR and
MAYBE get a little pink which goes away after.

2. Digestion/Elimination. I used to have to take
Probiotics for candida/constipation and still could
not eat high carb foods and still would suffer from
cramping from slow bowels or super fast (what docs
would call IBS.) NOW, I don't take any probiotics
(stopped day one of this change) and I eat tons of
fruit and have have NO constipation ever. (No
candida either.)

3. Endometriosis/Menstruation. I used to HAVE to
take medicine EVERY time because my period was
INTOLERABLE. I would be bedridden, couldn't walk,
and very very shut down. The medicine (advil) would
cause ulcers, so I had to surround it with liquid
antacid, EVERY MONTH. (I had posted asking for help
with this a month and a half ago.) I watched YouTube
videos and read articles by women who do 811 and
have healed their issues with this and found that
the most common thing most of them did was to go
really low fat (no overts.) I did that immediately,
and one month passed, and I vowed I was going to
face the pain no matter what, but it was tolerable!
I could walk. AND I had NO PMS! I didn't even know
my period was coming until it was THERE! I cried all
day with GLEE. My next one is in a week probably,
and I am not dreading it.

4. Skin color. I used to wear makeup because I
looked "sick" pale. Now I look like I have natural
color, so I wear makeup once in a blue moon now.

5. Blood sugar. I had severe reactive hypoglycemia
that I thought I would be dealing with for the rest
of my life. Doctors would tell me to eat high
protein, good fats, no carbs. I did that for many
many years and tried to do that even as a vegetarian
for many years (what a joke). My blood sugar would
spike and crash within seconds and I had seizures.
NOW, (I have tears,) as long as I eat without
letting myself get too hungry...which is the same as
before, I don't get blood sugar crashes!!! And I eat
high carb/low fat....giggle. (Eating bananas as I
type this.)

6. Melon belly/Indigestion/Acid Reflux. I had
ulcers, could not digest fibrous fruits and veggies
without blowing up with gas, burping up acid. Uck,
right? I have heard of people giving up when that
happens at first for them transitioning...Well, I
learned:
a. proper food combining (different transit for
different foods),
b. NOT to swallow air while eating by gulping,
talking, breathing fast, or even using over blended
smoothies, getting centered first before eating.
c. Not to overeat (on forums a big suggestion was to
eat as much as I could to get the calories in, but I
have found that is not necessary, because eating
several meals helps the body adapt, the stomach
naturally expand and "learn" what it needs to ask
for as it gets to know fruit with mono meals.)
Honestly, my body was not "getting calories" when I
binged to get calories anyway, it was "getting
indigestion." I won't abuse my body. I want to
work with it. :)
d. Charcoal. I hardly ever use it now as I don't
need to, but when I had gotten an ulcer and severe
acid reflux in the beginning and had so much gas,
charcoal (taken away from eating), helped the
detox/learning curve of my digestion/elimination.
It healed the ulcer quickest I have seen in my
experience. *While I DO know that, other than B12,
I will eventually get all I need from my fruits and
veggies, I also know that my body was really sick,
my intestinal walls with big issues, and I had not
had these foods in so many years that if there is
something that helps the transition, I will try it
if it feels intuitively right.
(back to amazing results)

7. Stamina. I can run better, further, faster,
easier. My body feels agile, lighter, freer. I
also can do more. Also... standing after sitting
would hurt before and I would have difficulty
walking. Now, I am able to step up easily and walk
out of my office with ease. And the steps are easy
to walk up and down when before it took great effort
(I attribute the benefits to 811 AND B-12).

8. Brain function. I would have trouble (difficulty
concentrating) when I would read...and have to
reread paragraphs...tiring after pages. I started
eating all fruits and veggies WHILE I read your book
and I read the WHOLE book in two days! (Of course,
that is also due to the CLARITY of what you wrote as
you wrote in a very inspirational, educational, yet
direct manner (which I thank you for as many authors
can "talk at" or "talk over the heads of" their
readers in an effort to throw information or appear
intellectual.) I LOVE LOVE LOVE your book and have
told sooooo many people about it.

9. Stress management. It has been easier to deal
with the more stressful aspects of business. I seem
to have even more of a buffer, even though I
practice meditation/prayer, run meetings twice a
week teaching this.

10. Energy/Feeling Good. I feel great about what I
am doing, and although my energy does still go up
and down, I am learning, adapting, finding out why
and finding solutions, etc, as I go.

11. Taste. I used to have to add so many spices,
make crazy concoctions, but my taste buds have
changed, my body has "learned" what each food tastes
like, and I find I can crave spinach and eat it
right there at the frig, standing there like a
rabbit, giggle. I prefer eating mono now, except in
salads.

A few disclaimers:
1. While I keep the ratio of carbs-fats-proteins in
line with 811, I do still have very low body
temperature and sometimes my body jerks at the idea
of room temp or cold fruits (it has been chilly
here). Or if fruits ripened all at once and then I
have fruits that don't ripen fast enough, I find
myself in a gap... I eat baked potato or make a soup
of peas, corn, etc.
2. My sleep schedule is backwards and I don't get as
much sun as I need. I am working on it, yet I know
that sleep times and sun are important.
3. Not all of my fruit is organic. Although more
and more is as I go because my body doesn't like the
nonorganic as much and it is obvious. Now, I can
ONLY eat organic bananas.
So, while I am not perfect at it yet, it has been
only three-four months, so I am VERY HAPPY with my
process. Especially since I jumped in all raw at
first for a month straight until my period hit the
first time.

Also, THANK YOU (I know I gush at you all the time
and would probably squeeze you like a pimple if I
saw you with a big bear hug!) I really appreciate
your message and your teaching, Dr. Graham.

I hope you read this and smile. Could you let me
know if you have read it? Thanks, Lisa Trevino
