I've recently been getting a painful tightness on the left side of my chest right
below my clavicle every time I eat certain fruits. It's been worrying me because
before I would only get it if I ate a lot of watermelon at one time, but now it's
happening when I eat mangos, and even pears. I just ate three small delicious
sweet pears and now I have the pain. I read somewhere that this pain is the
result of a deficiency in chromium, what do you think? Have you heard of
anything like this before? I'd rather not take a supplement but I would like to be
able to eat these delicious fruits without any pain! Any natural ways to restore
chromium if that is in fact the problem? I read also that peeing a lot can cause
one to lose too much of the mineral, and I do pee quite often. I have 2 liters of
orange juice and a salad for lunch everyday, maybe Im having too much liquid?
Please help.
