thanks for the response! so I guess that makes it
similar to cooking...some nutrients are more
available, but others are less and you lose some of
the beneficial things such as fiber. is this true even
if the vegetables when juiced are drank right away
instead of storing?
also I guess there isnt a good method of measuring the
nutrients and calories in juice? I was thinking you
could just take the nutritional info from the raw
vegetables and keep it the same except putting the
fiber as 0...

does blending also cause some nutrient loss for oxygen
sensitive nutrients?
