Subject:         Struggling to consume enough greens

Dear Dr Graham,

I recently went HCRV in order to heal from heavy candida and parasites infestation, liver exhaustion and overall extremly poor health. I'm extremly sick and thin to start with, failed to heal even with a cooked high carb low fat vegan diet. Few years back I was very close to a dying point, and managed to get somehow my life back by doing a very long vegetable juice fast, during which an impressive amount of parasites visible to the eye were expulsed daily. I went back slowly to a poor diet, and felt sick again.
I am now one month into your diet, have read your book and David Klein's book numerous times, but even if I can see some outstanding results already, I struggle to consume enough calories and greens throughout the day. The problem is that my digestion is very weak, and that I can't even handle well fruits and veggies mixed in a same meal. I am a believer in vegetable juices, so I juice a lot outside meals in order to get easy to digest nutrition, mostly from vegetables. Meals are mono fruit meals. I know the best would probably be a fast right now, but I can't afford the time, the cost and the weight loss.

Now, my questions are: I would like to have a blended veggie raw soup for dinner, with a bit more fat and protein to meet my daily 10%. Would that be ok straight after a let's say 4-mango fruit meal? I tried such a soup after my fruits 2 weeks ago, with only 1/4 avocado, and regretted it deeply as my digestion reacted extremly badly. I know fats are best taken at the end of the day and away from fruits, but I struggle to digest a veggie and fats only dinner while consuming enough calories (can't support more than 3 meals a day at the moment).

What would be your recommendations in my case?
