Subject:         A strong recommendation for a depression- and insomnia free life

I had problems with depression and insomnia for over a decade. I strongly
recommend the work of Byron Katie for profound and lasting inner peace.
And cognitive behaviour therapy to cure insomnia. These methods are very
deep and they work. Along with only fruits and veggies i only need to sleep
five hours and still be completely well rested. I invite you to try these
methods to the fullest because they have changed my life
