I eat whatever fruit I can find which is just about anything I want since
I live in the bay area.
Today;
breakfast:
smoothie 15 dates, 4 bananas water and 2 cups blueberries

Lunch;
64oz orange juice with all the pulp. I eat this every day no matter
what.

Dinner:
I ran out of salad stuff so I'll likely skip the greens today unless I get to
the store. so dinner will most likely be another smoothie. comparable
to breakfast

I'll probably try to get a mamey for a snack today and scarf down a
1/4 cup of almonds.

that puts me at 4888 calories for today and 52.2 grams of protein
according to cronometer.
