I will cut down my calories to 2500 a day from 3000 a day,my weight has stayed exactly the same in last 3 months and i'll go fully raw cutting out all cooked starches.It makes perfect sense to me now.Fully raw is the best.

The reason i have been steaming spinach is because i have been told that dark leafy greens are not easy on our digestion so its better to juice them or steam them.Please tell me what Fruits can replace the nutrition of Spinach? It has so many vitamins and minerals like A,E,K,Calcium,Iron and Copper.
