If i calculate based on my weight 170 (6'3") and multiply by .36 I get 61.2 grams of protein. I cant get anywhere near that unless my fat goes off the charts. admittedly I'm eating about 14 oz greens a day which is not much but I'm trying... What to do or is this too much protein? I generally wake up around 4:30 go to either one of those bootcamp classes or do some yoga and then work 4-8 hours a day (manual labor). I get scared when my fat intake goes up because I just can't digest it and end up getting sick. How can I raise the protein if I need without the fat? How much protein should I be taking in?
