Subject:         Weightloss and Calorie intake

Hello Dr. Graham,

I have been a Vegan for last 2 years,but very recently( 3 months ago) i became a raw vegan and started eating 2500 to 3500 calories all from Bananas,Dates,Oranges,Watermelon and Potato,Quinoa.I stayed away from salt and oil in my steamed meals.

I have put on 6kg in the first month,the only exercises i have been doing is yoga and brisk walking at work and general housework.My weight has stayed the same and i want to know if i should reduce my calorie intake to lose this weight and get lean.Thanks
