Hi there Doug,

Thanks for the wise words;

My current work circumstances, family commitments
and finances mean that a fast to treat my worms is
not realistic in the near future sadly.

Thus I have Since obtained a 7day course of
Metronidazole 400mg three times a day from my
general practitioner..I haven't begun taking them
yet as i have an appointment to send off a stool
sample tomorrow,

My question this time is:

Should i ask my GP for a 2week course instead of
1week course to optimize the chances of getting rid
of them first time or typically is one week
sufficient?

P.S before i take the plunge of the medical model..

metronidazole is strong stuff like you said.. if it
were you in my position - would you consider it as a
short term fix - followed by a fast for overall
health in the future..

considering i have no Past medical history and am a
fit young man transitioning to 811

Huge thanks
