When I say the "butt" of the celery, I am referring to
the circular part that is found at the very base of
the head (underneath all the stalks).

Please look it this picture, and if you were to flip
this thing of celery upside down, you would see the
circular part I am referring to. That is what was said
to be edible, but I don't understand how.
