Subject:         Dr. G. and others on hemmroids

I have been eating a low fat vegan mostly cooked diet.

Most recently I have been eating more grapes and greens (kale, arugula)

With little to no fat.

I seemed to have gotten some hemmroids from trying to push to much (constipated)

Do you folks thinks it is from my body not use to all this fiber?

Any suggestions?

Some blood from the hemmroids now.
