Hope all is well for you.

I usually eat 3 meals daily. 1 large, 1 medium, 1 small...or on a particularly long, active day I'll have a 4th meal. I am physically active up to 8 hours (or more) daily w/ training & work. My large meal is at the end of the day after all activity, because I don't like being "full" while exercising. I'd estimate I have an intake of 3500-4500 cals daily...usually closer to 3500. I'm going to start tracking this more closely as I'd like to get a better grasp of this.
If I have a day where I train (tennis, as you know)& don't do any teaching (as a tennis teaching pro) or landscape work...then 2 meals are all I eat, 1 large, 1 small or medium.
W/ my large meal I get full & satiated. The medium meal is 500-1000 cals. The small meal less than 500 cals.

That's just what works for me. If I find something different that could work better, I'd try it. :)
