Almost all animal products are predominantly fat by calorie, followed by protein. Hence we refer to most animal products as fat sources, rather than an proteins.
If you simply cut your fat intake by waiting at least 18 hours before your next meal, or have a meal of vegetables, during that interim, you should be able to add fruit back into your diet with no problems.
