Subject:         calorie consumption for weightloss

I Dr. Graham,

I'm fairly new to 80/10/10 and I'm a little confused on how many
calories I need to be making sure I eat in order to fuel my body but at the
same time lose the extra weight that I unnaturally have accumulated. I
am currently 5'8, 190lbs, nursing a two year old, and I've never had any
issues with anorexia or bulemia (more so just emotional binge eating to
ease stress). I am on my feet a lot for work but have not begun any other
physical activities (other than chasing around my two year old). I am
confused on what my caloric goals should be. Thanks so much.
