Subject:         Sulfur in Greens

Hi,

I wanted some clarity on the kind of green leaves that are good for us. I know you've said "tender green leaves," are good. Does that make greens like collard greens, kale, and broccoli, "not good" for us because of the sulfur? I am confused because I thought sulfur was a mineral that we needed.
