Subject:         Opinion exercise routine Dr.G.

Hello Dr Graham,
Ii would like to have you opinion on my weekly exercise routine.
I do not have a desk job, I run my own shop so I stay standing most of the
day exept the couple or more hours in which I consume my meals.
I go to work by bicycle (20-30 minutes totl per day).
In the morning before breakfast I do 5 minutes of yoga-stretching.

I go to the gym 4 times a week and usually do 40 minutes of cardio
(treadmill, cycling or other) and 20 minutes roughly of weight bearing
exercises.
I'm 29 years old and have a Rey low body fat percentage.
I 'be been following 801010 for two months and before I was vegan
I have a big :breakfast, lunch a afternoon snack of fruit and have salads for
dinner.
