Van's response was awesome, thank you! Jane - I think the
need to be perfect is always detrimental. Because we are
imperfect beings, that pressure to try and be perfect all the time
is so counterproductive. But I deal with it just like you describe.
Time and time again, I refer back to what I've learned about EFT
(emotional freedom technique). What you describe is probably
not diet related, but rather related to events that have happened
in the past that have affected how you react to situations. Don't
give up. Keep doing your best and forget the rest. And like Van
said - don't stress. That's not too healthy either. You can do this!
