Subject:         Dr. G on work and exercise

Dr. G. I do allot of lifting at work sometimes moving a couple tons of freight thru out the day of boxes.

They can way up to 70 pounds but most are alot lighter. I normally come home tired after about a 12 hour day.

Now do you think it would be to much to also hit the gym with weights?

I simply can not afford to get hurt so I couldn't do my job.

Any suggestions on how to gauge when to do exercises an dhow often?
