Hi Dr G, I am a 52 year old male that has been on 811RV for about 3 months and seen excellent results. Whilst having a sedentary desk job I have kept reasonably fit with weight training and rebounding (about 6 hours per week). Recently I have come across Izumi Tabata's work on training at full pace for relatively short burst. Do you recommend this type of work out for general fitness and could I reduce my weekly number of work out hours by adopting these principles? As always I very much appreciate your responses on this website.
