What if you would have a durian meal almost every day for a month or two, then laying of it for a little while, averaging something like 15 % when eating it, and 5% the rest of the time?

I know you cant really go at nutrition like that, it's kind of pointless. But I guess my real question is this, you say 20% fat days is not something that should happen often, but would the same apply for 15% days, even if you still have a year average of 10 percentish? For the record, I've been 811rv for 2 years, and I seem to do pretty fine with about 10% fat and even sometimes a tad higher.
