Subject:         leafy greens ok for hypothyrodism?

i don't have hypothyrodism but i keep hearing that greens like kale should be avoided if you have this condition and I was curious if this is true? i know you don't usually tend to promote these greens anyway but would it be better for someone with that condition wanting to eat those greens to stick to more tender greens with 811 and once their condition has reversed to add in greens like kale? thanks
