Hello Dr. Graham,

Thank you for answering all our questions here and giving up your time.

I have your grain damage and 801010 books and think they are awesome.

My one concern with fruit is that it might cause sharp spikes in blood sugar and
then dips after one has eaten.

I understand that no matter what we eat, be it chicken or potato or rice ,
everything has to be broken down into sugars. But i'm wondering that perhaps
with the above foods they might be broken down more slowly by the body into
sugars thus not creating spikes in blood sugar and overworking the pancreas
and adrenals?

Am I correct in my thinking?
