Hi Dr. Doug,

I have been doing 80 10 10 for 4 months and really love it. One small thing
though is my fasting blood sugar is now too high 5.8 range (3.8-5.5)
I had it checked just before I started 80 10 10 in a full blood work up and it was
low normal. 4 (3.8- 5.5)

Just wondering if this is normal?

Also I live in Scotland in the UK and I really struggle to buy ripe fruit. I often
have to buy things like nectarines, mango, plums etc and ripen them for a week
or more at home. I have read we should be eating tree ripened fruit as the
sugars are not the same if they are ripened off the tree???

Is this true?

Thank you for your tireless work in helping people get well!

KT
