Ok, appreciate your answer. I wasnt targeting the success-stories that i know exist. Im quite pleased with my own results. And i wasnt implying that the lfrv would be EAA-deficient. It was more a matter of how well one should follow the guidelines to ensure good intakes of these things. 5-10% of cals from greens and a sprinkle of nutty substance without exceeding 10% from fat has taken you where you are today? Have you skipped the nuts & seeds in longer periods or have they been a steady element throughout?
