I drank a lot of fresh squeezed orange and tangerine juice as well as ate citrus fruits often while nursing both Andrew and Rainbow and they never reacted poorly.

Rainbow did have problems whenever I would eat overt fats (she would spit up a lot) so I had to avoid them the first year I nursed her.

Coconut and durian caused the most problem for some reason.

Hopefully your baby won't react to any of the foods you enjoy the most! :)
