Subject:         Essential amino acids

Hi. Ive been thinking quite alot about body compositions lately. Is it true that the "typical" 801010/raw vegan slimness or meager frame, apart from involving little to no strength exercise, is the result of a non-sufficient intake of certain EAAs, thus resulting in one or more limiting factors. When a diet is not that varied in terms of food groups, maybe its wise to at least incorporate some products from each group? I feel many go easy on the greens and especially(like myself) when it comes to nuts and seeds.

Am i out biking backwards above the clouds here or is there any relevance to my speculations?
