I am sorry, you are of course right and my math was wrong. I took the numbers from my Excel-Sheet I made and I did a math mistake there. I reach about 20 grams of fat per day which is like you said about 7,5% of my total calories (2400 calories). I checked it at cronometer and thats what it told me too.

I will try to add more calories, like you suggested. At the moment its not so easy because I feel bloated a lot of times especially after my meals, but I am very new on your 811 diet and only abouth 3 month vegan, so I hope that will change and I ll be able to eat more (especially fruits).
At the moment I follow your 881 diet, so I eat a lot of fruits thru the day and at the evening a huge salad.
