Subject:         Total of fat needed per day.

I am very new on the 8/1/1 diet (only 1 week) and I just want to make sure I got it right from the beginning.
I read the book The 80/10/10 and I use my own excel sheet and the program from to see how much calories and % of carbs, protein and fat I get.
I was almost 100% raw for 2 days now and at the moment I eat about 2400 calories a day
(body size 1,85m;6,1feet / 67kg;147lbs).

That are my % carbs/protein/fat

85%(432g) carbs / 11%(55grams) protein / 4% (20g) fat.

The 20 grams fat I only reach with adding some walnuts to my salat in the evening.
I am not really sure if 20 grams (4%) fat is enough, or I should better increase a bit to me save.

I would be very thankful for an answer.
