or at a more acid ph? Lack of sleep? Stress? Animal
protein and fats? Too much overt fats? Other?

What naturally makes it more alkaline other than
exercise? Do all fruits and vegetables do that as
well? or do certain fruits create more of an acid

I REALLY appreciate this clarification! It helps to
know what could be working against and for healing
from this disease.

(and I do realize that this appears to be
oversimplification. But I am not believing that PH is
"it" - just a factor I need to understand a little
better to maximize my efforts.)
