I don't do private consulting on this forum, but do offer that service from my site. I suggest that you eat enough to satisfy yourself, and enough to hold your weight, or even to gain a bit. Do the strength exercises to add some muscle, as that is the healthiest weight you could add, but don't be afraid of adding a tiny bit of fat to your frame. The fat will help you rather than hurt you.
