Hi Dr Graham and thank you for this board.

I have been following the 80/10/10 diet and I enjoy eating raw - it gives me everything I need on all levels.

Doing this diet was easy when I was at home, or had to travel to places where I can get good quality, fresh and ripe produce.

However, things have changed and I am now having to travel internationally quite a lot. I go to places where I cannot always get good quality fruit. I react badly to heavily sprayed fruit and sometimes this is all there is around. I can only take so many dates or food with me and it goes in no time.

I have been eating some plain cooked food in the evening, like potatoes or gluten-free grains with veggies when I cannot get hold of sufficient amount of fruit. I don't feel good eating cooked food either, however I can meet my calorific needs this way and it is easier for me psychologically. Plus I enjoy being active. As soon as I get hold of raw - I eat it, cooked food simply does not appeal to me.

What I feel bad about is not being able to maintain 100% raw food diet all over time, despite the fact that I really want to. Any advice as to how I should move forward and being at peace with everything would be much appreciated.

Thank you again.
