Subject:         Too much energy to sleep?

Hi Dr. G,
I have been on 811 RV for about 3 months and the results are great (weight loss, muscle definition and lots of energy). However I notice that you strongly recommend between 7 and 9 hours sleep. I used to get that amount of sleep but recently after about 5 or 6 hours I wake up refreshed and full of energy. I have tried to up my exercises to get more tired but I still wake up early so now exercise during this extra time. Should I try to force myself to go back to sleep or should I just go with my body? I am sure you would not advocate false sleeping inducement!?
