Subject:         doing 801010rv with/get rid of SIBO?

Hi Doug and everyone,
I'm been interested in the 801010rv since this spring and feels its the right diet and lifestyle overall for me (haven't tried it though).
However, I have a lot of ailments which I believe the diet will fix, I truly do. But (it always seems to be a but doesn't it?)
I also suffer from small intestinal bacterial overgrowth and this is not so common talk in this type of diet but I know a few who tried to beat it with a low fat raw vegan diet with no luck.
Since the bacteria feeds on fiber, sugar, starch and non fermentable substances, it's recommended to eat a low carbohydrate diet with small amount of vegetables that are easy to digest (FOODMAP). The scd diet has the best results concerning this and that's what I've wanted to try but the 801010 resonates with me on such a deep level that I wish that it could work although I'm concerned it won't.. have you any experience about this and have you witnessed anyone heal from this without having to do a fast? (I'm already underweight so that's not an option right now)
If I were to try the diet i would probably have to drink fruit juices only in the beginning since again sugar AND fiber are the nutrients the bacteria thrives on the most. But I'm also pre diabetic due to having to live on a elemental diet several years now with pure glucose, fractionated fats and pure amino acids (which is so fast absorbed that it doesn't feed the bacteria that much but messes up the insulin function and creates a lot of candida that I also suffer from. As you can tell my situation is quite complicated and I have spent tons of money on health care and I'm kind of broke now, otherwise I would have done a consult with Dr. Graham. I'm so tired, exhausted and don't want to think about this anymore. I think the best way to do this would probably be to do like the scd diet first and kill the bacteria and then start the 801010, I just don't believe in eating dead meat and tons of fats anymore. It doesn't feel right. And since I already have a slow colon the putrefaction doesn't feel so great with meats and high fat.. I also need to decrease the severe inflammation/toxemia I have going on in my body and especially nose/sinuses and the 801010 is probably the best on that one.
I hope I'm not bothering you guys to much with all the "demands", but I truly believe in this diet but I also believe that sometimes in life you have to do things to start with that you don't really believe in (the scd in this case) in order to reach your goal which for me is the 801010rv.
If anyone has any kind of idea on what to do I would highly appreciate it.

Thank you.
