Subject:         new on 811 experiences

Hello,

I have just read the 80/10/10 book from Dr. Doug Graham on
sunday, have done some researches on the net and decided to
try it. I weight 220 pounds and I am 71 inches tall, I ate
virtually everything before. On saturday I ate a lot of flesh,
pork, beef, really everything and so did I in my last 35
years. So it will be quite a change. I am fatty, however not
on my legs and arms but my stomach and hips. I tried quite a
few diet before, but the whole picture was always missing.
Since Monday I follow 80/10/10 strictly, no exceptions. The
very first day I urinated a lot, ate peaches and bananas and
watermelone, did not need to drink water at all. The second
day I felt a bit dizzy, could not focus as I could before, but
today, the third day it got better. I was a heavy coffee
drinker, could bear 7-8 cups a day, was really fond of its
taste. It is gone, I do not find it so tasty any more. I know,
it is the very beginning, but I never experienced the
diminution of my libido before. The time before i was on the
80/10/10 I ate a big heavy lunch (a lot a flesh, potatoes,
rise, really really everything) after the meal 2-3 hours my
libido was up, practically all day. It is not more the case,
however I would not mind it. I would appreciate every
suggestions, opinions. I will update my post weekly if I find
any interest. My english is broken, sorry for that.
