Here are a few strategies that will help with your desired weight loss:

1. Start every meal with vegetables, at least a few. Lettuce, cucumber, or celery make fine starters to any meal.

2. Increase either the frequency, intensity or duration of your exercise program a bit.

3. Push away from the table when you are satisfied, rather than forcing yourself to eat the final few items.

4. Choose waterier fruits rather than the denser, sweeter ones.

5. Get back to me in a few weeks on these, please.
