Subject:         Lettuce Allergy

Due to Candida and Leaky Gut Syndrome, I've become allergic to several food
items, lettuce being one of them... I understand the importance of eating
greens and don't want to miss out out on the nutritional value of eating them. Is
there another way I can do this? I've been putting a scoop of 'Barlean's Organic
Oils - Greens' powder in a smoothie each day. My allergy report didn't specify
which lettuce I'm allergic to. I've been rotating greens anyways, but wonder if
this is a bad idea... Any insight would be much appreciated.
