Hello Lisa,

the diet is about food types and calo-nutrient ratios. Therefore, only
one kind of fruit and one kind of tender green in the right quantities
would be fine. Monomeals for a week is also fine. You would not
experience better health with a huge variety of fruit and vegetables.
