Subject:         Do we need variety - Dr Graham

Quick question. Is it okay to eat just a short list of
fruits and veggies?
example:
bananas,mango,nectarine,cherries
romaine, spinach, tomato, celery, cucumber
sometimes going "mono-island" for a week of just one fruit?

Or is it better to get as much variety as possible to ensure
proper nutrients are obtained?
