Subject:         Leg cramps from running

I ran for an hour the other morning and my calves are hurting
(probably lactic acid buildup). Tough to even walk! (I
know, I probably overtrained, but it felt divine to run and I
didn't feel I needed to stop.) Curious what you would
recommend? Funny, people would say I needed to eat bananas,
before 811, giggle. Also, I am seriously thirsty, drinking
gallons of water, more than usual and I drink a lot. I feel
the two are related.
