I'd say the sodium may well be consumed in coconut water instead of greens, but other factors, such as chewing, simply won't be garnered. I haven't done the entertaining math of trying to eliminate greens by drinking coconut water, but am quite convinced that greens are essential for us, at least to some degree. Currently I am teaching Culinary Skills Week, so will not be doing the nutritional research to give you a fuller response, sorry. Magnesium, cellulose, and many other nutrients in greens simply will not be found to the same degree in coconut water.
