There are hundreds of fruits for you to learn about and experience. With each season, different fruits come to market. You are in early days, and it will take time to learn which fruits do best for you, which you just don't enjoy, and how to successfully eat some of the fruits you are initially experiencing trouble with. Keep it simple, for now. Experiment with grapes, peaches, nectarines, figs, and the other fruits that are currently in season. Apples, pears, and many other fruits are also available. Pay attention to the results you are after, and you will find ways to reach those goals. Here at Culinary Skills Week, we made a list yesterday of 100 different ingredients that we would happily use in salad dressings in order to make 4 million different dressings. We are eating 100% organic. Check out the Foodnsport site for the events yet to come this autumn. Perhaps coming to an event such as Health and Fitness Week, The Science of Health and Fitness, or Banana Island (where we eat more than just bananas, btw, while looking at the emotional issues and self esteem issues that dominate your eating patterns) would be just what you need to help you succeed with 811.
