I LOVE the 80-10-10 book and have read it cover to cover, and
read thousands of pages in the forums regarding it, learning
food combining, etc. But, one thing I am stuck on is this:

While I have seen testimonials of women saying their periods
got better (less pain, etc), some said they omitted overt
fats like nuts, seeds and avocados, etc.

I have been able to keep the fat percentage to under 10% this
whole time, but when I try to cut out overts entirely, I
CRAVE them. Specifically avocado and (ironically) even more
so before my period hits.

Here is the Question: Should I cut out overts entirely for
now or just put in a little every 2nd or 3rd day?

And to help: I eat plenty of calories (2500-3000 day)fruits,
veggies. I have been eating 1/4-1/2 avocado a day with my
night salad. My body fat percentage is a little high, so I
probably have enough to live on while I lose weight, giggle.
I am in my second month of 100% 80-10-10.

Thank you so much in advance for your help. I REALLY suffer
with the Endometriosis and had to resort to taking Advil this
time just to get the edge off the pain. In turn, because my
diet is so clean, it wreaked havoc in my body, and I felt
ILL. I really want to eat the avocado, but I am willing to
forgo if it means No or Less Pain.

Thank you for ALL you do.
