I'm so glad that I have found you. I have already read a lot of FAQ.

I'm so desperated! I hope so much that you could give me advice.
I'm from Austria and I have been suffering from anorexia (with bulimic episodes) for 11 years now. At the moment I'm doing horribly bad and I urgently need help!
My weight is 31 kg and my height is 170 cm.
Switching to a raw food diet has helped me to stop purging and I'm really so glad about it. I think going raw is my big chance to recover from anorexia! I've never been able to enjoy eating but when I eat fruits and vegetables, I can enjoy it!!! I still can't believe it!

My questions:
Is it better to first gain weight and then start to exercise or should I force me to exercise now?
I've a servere urge to exercise but due to my servere underweight I've absolute no energy to move. A raw food counselor told me that a break (bed rest and of course no training, no stretching, etc. just normal activity, simply as much as I can). Now I try to do this but it's so hard!!! As I'm from Austria it's hard for me to describe it in English... I've so much fear & panic to lose my flexibility (it's the only thing I like of me... my only thing I am proud of). It crucifies me the whole day. Will I lose all my flexibility? It's so hard to cope with! I always think I MUST exercise, I MUST stretch, but I'm too weak. It's even hard for me to go for a walk for about 15 minutes. It's unbelieveable.
Is bed rest good in my situation? How terrible will it be to recognize that I've lost all my flexibility after the break? I'm so afraid, please help me! I need your advice so urgently!

Another question: How "bad" are such drinks like "ensure", "fresubin", etc. I don't know if you know them. It's "medical liquid nutrition". Such drinks are made of milk protein, saccharose, water, etc. and are given to people who should gain weight. I bought them because I've drank them for a long time. How "bad" is it for my body? Should I drink them?

I hope you can give me advice. I hope so much! Please!
