Subject:         transitioning to 811 and detected small white thread worms in stool. please advice
Date: August 28, 2013 at 6:17 pm PST

Hello Dr Graham,

I am a young fit 32 year old guy, no significant medical
problems through life, had standard western diet for most of
my life.

As the title suggests i have noticed small white worms in my
stool which as you can imagine is quite unpleasant.

I would greatly appreciate some reassurance;

What is the most sustainable way to get rid of these in your
experience?

If one goes to health, lives hygienically, is this sufficient
usually to take care?

Or should one consider a combination of hygiene and the
medical model;

i.e 1)raw foods, healthful living
or 2) raw foods, healthfull living + a medication to
temporarily eradicate the worms and ensuring cleanliness,
handwashing and reducing transmission etc...

3) is a fast neccessary in most cases.

I appreciate there is no easy answer to this question and
every scenario can be different depending on a range of
factors..

However some words of wisdom will be very welcome

Thank you
